Lifesicle has been sent to the printer.
This is not the first time I've done this.
I sent Becoming Marlo to the printer, like 5000 times, between January and April 2015. This should not feel significant, right?
How likely is it that the printing will just start?
Experience, the little of it that I have, tells me that they'll tell me I need to fix some things.
I did my best to "preflight" everything on my end...
There are going to be things I didn't anticipate. Things I thought were fine.
Actually one thing happened already...
They suggested I take 1/4 inch off the trim size, which in theory seems like it wouldn't have much of an impact, but in reality, might mean I need to reformat the entire book.
We'll see, I suppose.
I also have this feeling they're going to hate me for the file size... I don't even want to admit how large it is. Biggest PDF I've ever seen. Didn't want to skimp on resolution, LOL. We'll see how that plays out.
Oh my nerves.
Thank goodness for whiskey. And Leonard Cohen. RIP, good sir. You were one of the great ones.
"There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in."
Thanks for that.
